    Conscious breathing is an essential part of yoga practice. This advice will help you to raise your practice to the next level. The postures and exercises with proper breathing are much more efficient than if you work them without proper breathing.
    Little tip from me to you, but very useful !!!

    That is right which is most probably right also to most of other physical activities or exercises. proper breathing will help in proper execution and better performance.
