    When you decide to practice yoga, remember that the next few minutes are reserved for the development of your mind and personality. ​If you exercise until your mind is busy with some other concerns, Yoga is not working. Once you get started with your daily yoga practice, all other concerns and obligations should be disposed of somewhere else.
    Just work as the title says "Liberte your mind!"

    Yoga is the cleansing of your soul. it is the strenghtning of your soul. once soul become power-ful. it also have positive effect on body.

      That is my main problem why I would not try yoga. My mind cannot just stop thinking of things or be just blank. :P
      It is hard for me to concentrate.
