    Yoga has become known for its ability to reduce stress levels, but also for a many benefits of physical health, which can be measured even with the efficiency of certain drugs. These are some of the positive effects of yoga:
    - ‚ÄčImproved brain function
    - Lowers stress levels
    - Improves flexibility
    - Lower blood pressure
    - The larger lung capacity
    - Improved sexual function

    I have read some articles about yoga but have not tried it myself.
    But I do think that there are really benefits from performing or doing yoga properly and on a regular basis. Notable benefits are improves flexibility and concentration and relieving stress.

      Some possible other benefits of yoga in my opinion are: stronger bones and body, flexible body muscles and overall improved health condition.
