  • Yoga improved brain function

    Just 20 minutes after Hatha yoga, I noticed improvement in cognitive function, improve concentration and increased working memory. ​When people were telling me about the impact of yoga on the brain and mental health, I did not believe them. But I am convinced that this is true.
    Have you ever visited any yoga association, and what is your experience?

    I do not have any yoga experience yet but I do believe on that benefit from doing it. Being able to concentrate and be at peace are good things for the functioning of the brain properly.
