  • Tips for running during the winter period

    Winter is the season during which a very small number of races are held. Many runners are preparing for the spring competitions. If you want to prepare for the spring running season or to "tighten" your body for the summer, be active in the winter. Here are my tips for those who want to run in winter:
    - Get dressed according to the weather
    - Beware of strong wind
    - Wear gloves and winter sports socks
    - Put a wool cap on your head
    - Beware of frostbite
    - Wear special sports goggles for running
    - Focus more attention to warming
    - Use a protective barrier cream for the skin
    I hope these tips will be useful for winter runners. Also, see the photo below!

    There is no winter here but I agree on those tips and importance of proper clothing or outfit in running in such weather.
