    There are several ​health benefits of jogging and running, but I will mention just 5 most important:

    - help to build strong bones
    - improve your cardiovascular fitness
    - help to ​strengthen muscles
    - burn kilojoules
    - help to maintain a healthy weight.

    it is a fantastic way to quit smoking.if someone go jogging 2 or 3 times per week, they will stop smoking.there are many examples!!!!!so that's another benefit!!!!!!

      I agree this is very healthy. But you also need to control running and jogging especially when you sre a beginner since you might get too much at first and it becomes bad to ones health.

        i agree with that.Running and Jogging constitute a good exercise but you have to be careful at the beginning of it.

          Right that there are lots of benefits one can get from running or jogging. Specially if done on a regular basis and accordingly to avoid possible injuries. It is healthy to have an active lifestyle.

            Right that it can make a person healthy or healthier. Can help in losing fats and weight.
            Some can also feel relaxed while jogging.
