  • Pommel Horse

    This is one of the hardest puncher for male gymnasts. They are holding the grips or any other part of the horse, while the legs perform a circular motion. For this exercise are needed strong arms and shoulders.​Exercise is probably arose as a test for the ability of future horsemen. T​he pommel horse is placed at a height of 110 cm, and a length of 163 cm.
    Do you have any experience with pommel horse?

    i am not quite aware of the pommel horse but how you deiscribe it seems to be a complicated task to handle

          It really is difficult to find balance on this. It's a balance beam that the women due combined with two bars and creating a harder feat. It's something that the olympics showcase a lot of strength with mens gym work

            I do not have any experience in such sports. I am actually not even that familiar with such kind of gymnastics. Reading the description, it sounds so difficult.
