  • Some Common Gymnastic Injuries

    I have not tried gymnastics but just watching some of those who do, it seems that injuries are prominent. That is why they should really start on a young age to make their muscles and bones get used to it or be conditioned very well. Some common gymnastics injuries I could think of are cramps and joint problems.

    Any hyperextended parts i think.

      Maybe leg and/or foot injuries when they will be performing some stunts in the air. Arm and shoulder injuries too like those who perform gymnastics in the ring and bar.
