    I think it is just important that we do not have a stagnant lifestyle and eat right to have a fit body. Right that walking and other form of exercises would help us maintain our ideal weight.

      doing someone a sport(whatever sport) they achieve two things:they keep their body healthy and fit,and they loose weight.

        a long run or walk works perfectly for everybody that is physically able to do it

          A daily walk and morning runs are some of the best thing you can do if you want to practice and keep your body fit. adding up on the weight lifting i mean light weight lifting also helps keeping your body strong and healthy
